This Medical Director will be accountable to the Head of Global Pharmacoepidemiology for the reporting of new or relevant information concerning industry pharmacoepidemiology and methods and safety issues. They will also be responsible for providing input regarding the design, analysis, and interpretation of pharmacoepidemiology studies. This person will contributes to the strategy, vision and high-level processes for producing high-quality pharmacoepidemiologic assessments.

It is required that this person hold a Medical Degree and have minimum of 5 years applied epidemiology experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company. It is required that this person have demonstrated leadership experience and management skills. This person should have understanding and knowledge of epidemiology principles which may be utilized in the analysis of observational data.
